We hope you love your purchase but if not, don’t worry. We offer returns up to 14 days from the date you receive your order. After the 14-day return window, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To make a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org to be provided with a returns code and the returns address. Once you have received these details please complete the returns note included with your order and package up your item(s) securely.
You are responsible for paying the return postage costs. We recommend you return using a trackable service and purchase insurance if you’re package is of high value, as we are not responsible for lost items or returns that are not received. Postage costs are non-refundable. You should retain proof of postage until you receive your refund notification.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item is received not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or after the 14 days return window, we have the right to withhold a refund or exchange.
There are a number of items for which we do not offer a return option. These include jewellery, gift cards and sale items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). If your return qualifies for a refund then it will be processed within 5 working days of receipt and you will receive your refund by original method of payment, within 14 days.
